Sep 15, 2023my rfe was actually an noid stating that i mistakenly checked that i do not need an niw while my petition stated i needed an niw. Oct 29, 2024i was in process of transferring my h1b to the new company and i got in rfe. My new employer and lawyer responded to the rfe on oct 23rd.
